Finally, the blago Telexer app, the new AIR-based feed reader for serious news addicts, is live. The site too! Wohoo!
The last little bit that was missing, and possibly not the least part, was the secure validation call to Plimus. This is the e-commerce solution that I’ve picked. They have a service in which they handle the sales process, the confirmation e-mail to the customer, and the online validation of the license keys. Great service! I put in the call to their API yesterday, and was surprised by how easy it was and how well it worked. In their part of the buy process, everything is customizable – e-mail, details in the process, the e-commerce page itself. I love that… Kudos to Plimus, and thanks for getting it right.
Now I’m going to celebrate the *liveness* with a bit of tea and pie. Yippee!
