Some new features, a few bug fixes, some wayward pixels caught.
This is the version where the secure activation was added, which made it possible to go live with it. I also added a bit of functionality to the Notifier window.

- fixed: empty but otherwise valid rss shows its own error message
- fixed: rollOn after notification fade start now stops the close timer

- added little glow animation on statusLed to show latest news source
- added small button to notifier popup, to toggle summary of newsitem right there
- added visible “close” button to notifier
- added news ticker, to scroll latest news on detection of changed feed
- checked: small font style now the same everywhere
- changed graphics for .telexer logo
